Perfect for those in wheelchairs, adored by all This foldaway table or folding desk is very unique and user-friendly. The brilliance starts with a 1/2 circle cut-away area where the user sits, so as to enable the user to sit closer to the desk than would have been possible without it.

The tables base is wide, and specifically designed to allow wheelchairs to maneuver easily while sitting at and moving around the desk, with the distance between the legs measuring 28 3/4". The height of the folding table adjusts from 29" to 44" while flat, and the top surface tilts from 0 degrees to 45 degrees. Easy-grip knobs make the adjustment process a cinch. The top surface is a scratch-resistant melamine measuring 30" x 40". The desk is surrounded by a black PVC that is slightly raised to prevent objects from falling off.

The folding desk folds flat for storage convenience. Some assembly is required, and for packaging purposes the top and the base ship separately. This particular item comes iwth a white base.
